Queen gown progress by Shiya Queen gown progress by Shiya
More gowns for senior project class. This was taken before I hand sew all the crystals. I still need the sleeves. The dress comes with a crown and choker.

Continuing with stardust inspired. This one is my own interpretation of what I think Yvaine's Queen dress should be more like since she ends up becoming the bride/Queen. I thought her outfit was too covered and plain...
so...I wanted to do something more like this.

Beautiful, in an Old-World kind of way; almost Victorian, which is lovely.
Very suited to the lovely Yvaine (I couldn't agree more that the dress in the film was a bit off: I think it was too terrestrial, as it were).
