In case you are wondering and I'd be so glad to share what I used for this costume!
All of the armor is made out of craft foam except for the triangular piece on the wrist part (fiberglass). Craft foam is coated with 2-3 layers of thick varnish and spray painted.
My sword- I made it out of polystyrene for the blade and handle cut outs. The handle itself is pvc and paper clay.
Wig was a gift by assist-wigs in Japan that I cut and styled.
Pink is taffeta lined with polyester.
Red is chiffon (light weight and pretty)
