Original design casual Kairi inspired by KH2 Kairi's already simple pink dress...hahaha...

My friend Court had this idea to just make casual versions of Kairi and Sora, and I was kinda against it at first cause... I didn't really know how to be very interesting with this one, and I didn't want to make the design too far off from the original.

I drew designs for it, but I didn't want to go too elaborate. I wanted to make a simple dress that you would probably see acceptable in public/not too costume-y. I didn't want to overdo it and add a bunch of things like I originally planned to.

Of all the costumes for Fanime, casual Sora and Kairi were the most fun to wear and run around in. I can't wait to see the rest of the photos. :>

Also, the zipper is an illusion. It's not a real zipper. I found this awesome zipper trim and wanted to use it for decorative purpose!

Aw, real zipper would have been cool... but casual probably turns out better anyway. I guess save a real zipper for real cosplay (as in, not casual).

Does she have black boots or is that something you added?
