Description
Dion Rogers version of Rinoa/Final Fantasy VIII cosplayed by me (outfit took me a week to make on and off)
Fabric original color was off-white and dyed royal blue twice with two different dye brands. (Tulip then RIT. Tulip didn't work that well for me. --)
Bought my wig in fashion district (cut and straightened with flat iron).
Belt and boot covers were hand made/hand sewn because my machine wasn't taking the material.
